INTRODUCTION: The international classification of disease is the international standard diagnostic tool for epidemiology, health management and clinical purposes. The ICD was develop by the WHO for the description classification and diagnosis for the all mental disorder including mental and behavior disorder. The system is widely adopted and used in all over the world and has great implication for health service. The ICD-11 was approved by the world health assembly in MAY 2019 and is made too operational for use from 1 st January 2022. The codes of ICD-11 are alphanumeric.
