3. 1. የግል ዳራ ( background Information) የትምህርት ዝግጅት፡ በኢንፎርሜሽን ቴክኖሎጅ ቢኤስሲ የስራ ልምድ፡ ከ 9 ዓመት በላይ በአዲስ አበባ አየር ጤና ሁለተኛ ደረጃና መሰናዶ ት/ቤት በአይሲቲ መምህርነት በሐረማያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በዋና ግቢ በጀማሪ የሶፍትዌር ባለሙያ በሐረማያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ የሲስተም አስተዳደር ባለሙያ በሐረማያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በዋና ግቢ በከፍተኛ ሲስተም አናላይሲስ ከ 01/08/2013 ዓ . ም እስከ አሁን በደባርቅ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በዌብሳይት አስተዳደር በተጨማሪም ከ28/03/2014 ዓ . ም ጀምሮ የአይሲቲ ዳይሬክቶሬት ተወካይ ዳይሬክተር በመሆን እያገለገልኩ እገኛለሁ፡፡ ለውጥ የእድገት መሳሪያ ነዉ!! 3

4. በሶፍትዌር ባለሙያነት የተከናወኑ ተግባራት ፔይሮል መቆጣጠሪያ ስርዓት ( Payroll Management System ) ክ ሊኒክ መቆጣጠሪያ ስርዓት ( Clinic Management System ) የሰራተኞች መታወቂያ መቆጣጠሪያ ስርዓት ( Employee Id M anagement S ystem ) የንብረት መቆጣጠሪያ ስርዓት ( Property Management System ) የተማሪ ምደባ ስርዓት ( Student Placement System ) የኬሚካል በተሙከራ መቆጣጠሪያ ስርዓት ( Chemical Laboratory M anagement System ) ኢለርኒግ ስርዓት ( E-learning System ) የቀጥታ ድጋፍ መቆጣጠሪያ ስርዓት ( Online R equest Support System ) ለውጥ የእድገት መሳሪያ ነዉ!! 4

5. በሲስተም አስተዳደር ባለሙያነት የተከናወኑ ተግባራት በሐረማያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ የዳታሴንተር ዝርጋታ ከመጀመሪያዉ እስከ መጨረሻዉ ከአጋር ድርጅቶች ጋር ብዙ ልምድ እና ተሞክሮ አግኝቻለሁ ፡፡ የኦሮሚያ ጤና ቢሮ ከሐረማያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ጋር በመተባበር በሚሰጠዉ ተከታታይ የሙያ ስልጠና ፕሮግራም ( CPD ) የአይሲቲ ረዳት በመሆን ሰርቻለሁ። የዳታ ሴንተር ስራ ተጠናቆ ርክክብ ሲደረግ የማስታወሻ ምስል ለውጥ የእድገት መሳሪያ ነዉ!! 5

6. በደባርቅ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በዌብሳይት አስተዳደር በአይሲቲ ዳይሬክተር ራክ መግጠም እና ጊዜያዊ ዳታ ሴንተር ማቋቋም በሲስተም አስተዳደር ሶፍትዌር ማልማት ፋይበር ዝርጋታ፤ ጥገና እና ማስፋፊያ ዮኮምፒዉተር ላብ ኔትወርክ ዝርጋታ እና ማስፋፊያ የዲጂታል ቤተመጽሐፍት ኔትወርክ ዝርጋታ እና ማስፋፊያ የዌብሳይት የፊት ግጽ የመቀየር እና የተሻለ ገጽታ እንድኖረው የማድረግ ፤ የዌብሳይትን ደህንነት መከታተል እና ወቅታዊ መረጃዎችን ተደራሽ እንዲሆ ኑ በድህረ-ገፅ መልቀቅ እና መረጃዎችን ማደራጀት ፤ በዩኒቨርሲቲዉ መለያ ስም ለመምህራን የተቋም ኢሜል አግልግሎት መስጠት፤ ለውጥ የእድገት መሳሪያ ነዉ!! 6 ሁለገብ ስራዎች

7. 2 . መግቢያ Education is economical for a country. Social and political development is a key tool. Thus, a society that has grown in knowledge and skills increases its ability to create and use technology. Today, it is believed that countries that are advanced in modern technology and developed economically are due to building their human resources through education and knowledge . Our university has been working on a three-year strategic plan from 2010-2012, and since 2013, the next 10-year strategic plan has been prepared based on the focus areas of the 10-year strategic plan of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Development works such as data center, security camera, construction of modern classrooms and other basic functions are in progress in our university . Therefore, building a sustainable solution and a continuous system is the first task, and it is necessary to be assisted by qualified and qualified experts in the field. 7

16. 5.1 አስቻይ ሁኔታዎች ( Enablers ) በሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ ለአይሲቲ ትኩረት መሰጠቱ በሙያዉ ተዛማጅ ከሆኑ ት/ት ክፍሎች መምህራን ጋር ያለዉ የስራ ግንኙነት ጥሩ መሆኑ በዩኒቨርሲቲያችን ብዙ ወጣት መምህራን እና ለለዉጥ የሚተጉ ባለሙያዎች መኖራቸዉ ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ አዲስ ከመሆኑ ጋር ተያይዞ አዳዲስ አሰራሮችን እና ጊዜዉ የደረሰበትን ቴክኖሎጅዎች ለማላመድ ለውጥ የእድገት መሳሪያ ነዉ!! 16

19. 7 . ማጠቃለያ የስራ ክፍ ሉ የሚሰጣቸዉ አገልግሎቶች ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ እየተሻሻ ሉ እና የዩኒቨርሲቲዉ ማህበረስብም የስራ ክፍሉን አላማ እና አስፈላጊነት መረዳት መቻሉ፤ አይ.ሲ.ቲ የሁሉም የስራ ሂደቶች እና ክ ፍሎች አጋዥነት የሚፈልግ መሆኑ ፤ ዩኒቨርሲቲዉን በቴክኖሎጅ በመደገፍ ተወዳደሪ እና ተመራጭ ማድረግ ከ ሁሉም ባለድርሻ አካላት ትኩረት የሚሻዉ ጉዳይ መሆኑ ፤ በቅብብሎሽ የሚቀጥል ሲስተም መገንባት ቀዳሚዉ ተግባር መሆኑ፤ ከዩኒቨርሲቲያችን በቴክኖሎጅ ዘርፍ ትልቅ አካባቢያዊ ፣ ክልላዊ እና ሃገራዊ አስተዋፅዖ የሚጠበቅ መሆኑ ፤ ለውጥ የእድገት መሳሪያ ነዉ!! 19
