Abstract Education is playing an important role in the development of an economy and the nation. In that time the women education is facing the many problems. They discriminated from the many birth to until the death in the society. Before independence of our country there are many restrictions towards the education of the women’s. But after the independence some changes are came in the society for the women education. So the government is also encouraging the women education. Women education can reduces the discrimination as in the part of the payment of wages, salaries, etc. It may be need to the women empowered in all the stages of a women education. The main aim of this paper is to creating the awareness to the society for women education and empowerment.   Key words: Education, Women, Empowerment, Discrimination

Introduction Women’s are efficiently taking the decisions when the critical problems are happen than the men’s. The education is playing a vital role in the development of the society as well as the nation. By providing the education facilities to the women’s they utilize that opportunities and stand in the society well. More number of women’s are educated then creates their own identification in the society. Education is considered that one instrument through which the process of modernization and social changes come into existence. Education can provide the innovative thinking, generating the ideas in divergent manner and getting the various analytical skills for solving the critical problems. It may be helpful to the organizations who are working the organizations and society also. The mother is educated then helps to their children’s also educate them. If the mother in the family is educated it will educate the total family. Both the central government and state government of India’s are giving more priority to the education sector especially towards the women’s. It can be helpful to literate, knowledgeable, economically strong in the society and occupies the top position. Now a days the women’s are working in the all the sectors. They are work equally or more than the men.

Objective of study Creating awareness and Encouraging the peoples towards women education Facing the challenges and changes towards the women empowerment .

History of women empowerment At the time of the Vedic period in India, they had lost their right gradually. How -ever in the time of British rule there is a revival of interest in women’s education in India. In this period many persons are doing the many movements towards the freedom for the women education. The Raja Ram Mohan Roy, Iswer Chandra Vidya Sagar , etc are emphasized on women education in India. Mahatma Jyotiba Phule and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar are the leaders of the lower castes in India who took initiative for making the education. After the 1947 the government of India formulates the policies towards the providing to all the Indian Women.

Conceptual frame work Education is the milestone for the development of the economy as well as the nation. The educated women can play an important role among the family members, giving more information to the society as a citizens and parents. The women’s are more exploited, illiterate, economically backward in the rural areas. Now a days the women education is also increasing. As per the Census of India 2011 as given the following literacy rates women are compared with the male literacy rates

Women empowerment The education women can be helpful to the women empowerment. It can be helpful to the women’s for the development of their productive ventures, participation in the political and social responsibility towards their economic development of the nation. As per the latest Census of India for the women empowerment 48.49% of the total population women’s are worked in the various fields of informal sector. It can be helpful to the individual development and as well as the country development by establishing the various organizations and businesses. They provide employment to the unemployed peoples.

Importance of women education Education in India providing to the women is playing a vital role in the development of the country. It can helpful for the improving the standard of living. India is a facing the maternity deaths it can be reduced. It can create the awareness to avoiding the child marriages. It can create the awareness to reducing the growth of the population of the country. It can helpful to encouraging education to the women.

Problems facing the education of women In the developing countries like India is still facing the gender discrimination in the various sectors. There is a gap between the male persons and female persons in the literacy rates. Family restrictions Child marriages Economically poor

Suggestions The government has to take initiative to reducing the dropouts in school education. Introducing the efficient and effective learning policies and plans. Learning things practically. Giving the educational loans for the higher education to the economically backward classes. Providing the equal job opportunities to the women’s along with the men. Creating the awareness in the society by conducting several campaigns through digital media and print media.

Conclusion By providing the education to the women’s along with male people that can reduces the discrimination between the two. Education of women is the powerful weapon for changing the position in the society. Education can be helpful to reduce the income inequalities and functions in their family. Education of women can get the good status in the family as well as in the society. The government also takes care about educating the women by providing midday meals, free books, and hostel facilities and so on. The government may implement the compulsory education for up to age of 15 years. The women empowerment also creates the economic development of the nation.
