2. I mportant Nursing diagnosis for FEVER 1. Hyperthermia  related to infectious process/dehydration. 2. Risk for Deficient Fluid Volume related to Hyper metabolic state . 3. Knowledge deficit  related to lack of information about the disease process and self-care. 4. Anxiety related to disease process/treatment/complications. 5. Sleeping Pattern disturbed related to consequences of the disease.

3. Important Nursing diagnosis for DIABETES 1. Deficient knowledge related to disease process, treatment, and individual care needs. 2 .Risk for unstable blood glucose related to lack of adherence to diabetes management or inadequate blood glucose monitoring practices . 3. Risk for infection related to decreased leukocyte function 4. Activity intolerance related to hypo/hyperglycemia. 5. Anxiety related to disease process/treatment/complications.

Risk for Infection related to Inadequate primary defenses; perforation/rupture of the  appendix ;  peritonitis ; abscess formation/Invasive procedures, surgical incision. 4.
