It was observed that hand of a normal person is easily reachable to belt of conveyor

5. Guard at Motor No. 485 was missing at FFP Guarding at conveyor in RKD area needs to be done as per standard specification as there is risk of exposure to rotating parts

6. Inadequate Guarding at conveyor in RKD area needs to be done as per standard specification as there is risk of exposure to rotating parts below Inadequate Guarding at all motors in STG area needs to be done as per standard specification

7. Pump guarding to be ensured at STG Inadequate guarding of submersible pumps at STG Condensor

8. Motor guarding to be ensured at CPL area Colour Coding of Bucket elevator proxy guarding to be ensured

9. Equipment No. M205 rotating shaft machine guarding is inadequate at TGP Guarding has allowable access to rotating parts

10. Adequate guarding with proper mesh to restrict body parts to be provided in motors at TGP Rusted guarding to be replaced with proper mesh to restrict body parts in motor at TGP
