OUR IDEA AIMS TO REDUCE THE TIME AND MATERIAL WASTED IN PRINTING SUPPORTS. Overview Of Your Idea While printing for a hanging structure in FDM 3D printing we need to print support structure which takes time as well as material which finally adds up to the final cost of product. Problem Statement Finding an alternative solution for support structure to reduce the printing time and an alternative material that is reusable . Need Statement Customer always wants its product to be of high quality and low price. Our solutions reduce the time require as well as material waste which directly affects the cost of final product.

No full proof solution is available yet in the industry. Some solutions available are using a dissolvable material. It also take time to print. Solution Existing Solutions I n our solution we are going to use a reusable material to to act as a support which won't be getting printed through the main extruder nozzle. The support would develop simultaneously as print proceed and as per requirement hence eliminating the time require to print support. The material being a reusable one we can use the same material again and again which solves a big issue of pollutions as many of the 3D printing material available in market are artificial polymers and elastomers which are not recyclable, our material being an organic and natural compound have the potential to solve these issue also.

A printer that reduces the time, material, cost and support you to reduce your carbon footprints. USP Impact 1. Reduction in cost of final product 2. By reducing the time we directly reducing the power consumption. 3. By using the reusable organic compound we would be able to greatly contribute towards mother nature. Its not only about replacing the polymer but its also about conserving the water and power going into manufacturing the polymer filament.

Commercialization 5 Year Plan Our solutions actually can be implemented on the existing product with bit of modifications. So by filing a patent and taking royalty from the existing manufacture so that they can upgrade their existing model. As this beings the idea can’t estimate its value. “IDEAS ARE NO ONE’S MONOPOLY ITS ALL ABOUT EXECUTION” 1.To reinvest the Capital generated from Royalty. 2. To manufacture made in 3d printer with implement solution and selling them. 3. Buying the 2nd hand printer modifying it and selling, renting and using it for own 3D printing service. 4. Reinvesting some part of that capital to fuel our other ideas and Research and development .
