1. Installation of Printers to AIO

2. For printing to be done through AIO systems HP printer driver needs to installed . Download the universal printer driver available from citrix home page “ http://apps.cbec.gov.in ” Click on hyperlink “ ICA client for windows ”. Click on HP Universal printer driver Click on the .exe file . Downloading will start . Click on save button and save the file on the system . Click on open folder. Disconnect the printer from AIO. Double click the downloaded file to start the installation. A window to unzip will pop-up. Select the unzip option. Installation steps

3. Agree to the license by clicking on yes button . Select the traditional mode option and click next . Click finish to complete the installation. Now connect printer with USB and driver will be installed automatic. Wait for some time. Then go to device and printers in control panel and printer device will appear as Printer model name followed with ‘UPD PS’ Set the mentioned printer as default printer as mentioned below.

8. Downloading, save file on the system and opening the downloaded file

14. Setting the printer as default printer To install other than HP Printers download the printer drivers. Get the assistance of the Local RE for installation and configuration for net work printers
