• Requiere la supervisión de la coordinación y su participación activa, por ejemplo, llevando adelante una dinámica o actividad que permita llevar adelante el diálogo y la
reflexión.
• Es importante realizarlo desde valores y pautas culturales del grupo con el que estamos trabajando.
• Supone la capacidad de poner en las cuestiones propias posiciones y maneras de pensar y de hacer, en el intercambio con los otros.
• Supone poder escuchar y respetar las distintas opiniones.
Para llevar adelante los talleres, se vuelve necesario poder trabajar sobre adecuados serán los objetivos que vamos a trabajar durante la actividad. Por ello es necesario
planificar el taller respondiéndonos ciertas preguntas orientadoras:
QUÉ se quiere hacer.
¿Por qué hacemos esto y no otra cosa? ¿Cuáles son los contenidos que creemos importantes transmitir?
POR QUÉ se quiere hacer.
¿Qué problemas o necesidades dan lugar a la actividad?
PARA QUÉ se quiere hacer.
¿Qué objetivos se quieren alcanzar? ¿Qué pretendo lograr con su realización?
DÓNDE se quiere hacer.
¿En qué lugar o lugares es posible hacer las actividades?
CÓMO se va hacer.
¿Qué tareas hay que realizar, qué metodología utilizar?
¿Cuál será la manera de evaluar el proceso y los resultados del taller?
CUÁNDO se va a hacer.
¿Dentro de qué período de tiempo hay que realizar las actividades?
QUIÉNES van a hacer.
¿A quiénes se les asignará la responsabilidad de realizar las diferentes actividades? ¿Quiénes participarán en la formación? ¿Quiénes son los destinatarios del taller?
CON QUÉ se va a hacer.
¿Con qué recursos materiales y financieros se cuenta?
¿Qué es lo que necesitás? ¿A quiénes necesitáis?
Una vez que estas preguntas tienen sus respuestas, recién entonces podrán comenzar con la organización del taller, es decir, con la búsqueda de un lugar para realizarlo y
la convocatoria a quienes te interesaría que participen.
3. ¿Cómo se realiza un taller?
Pensar y proyectar un taller distinguiendo en él tres momentos:
1. Inicio o presentación;
2. Desarrollo o producción grupal;
3. Cierre y evaluación.
El inicio o presentación tiene por objetivo la presentación de las personas que participan (si no se conocen), o profundizar el conocimiento de algún aspecto, crear un
ambiente distendido y de confianza que favorezca la participación del conjunto y la conexión del grupo. En este momento se explicitan los objetivos del encuentro y de los
participantes.
2. En el momento de desarrollo o producción grupal se trabaja a partir de lo que sabe el grupo sobre el tema; se propone analizarlo, reflexionarlo, profundizarlo e
interpretarlo a partir de las técnicas o actividades elegidas. También se puede acordar una forma de actuar organizada o un plan de acción para el futuro. En est
