17. 17 In consideration of poor and vulnerable individuals below the poverty line, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has decided to distribute one crore family cards to daily necessities. TCB Smart cards allocated to low-income groups for purchasing essentials from TCB shops to be upgraded into smart cards. Spectrum IT Solutions Ltd. is actively involved in implementing the TCB Smart Family Card Sheba.
