The role of the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro

Also, according to the data, there are currentlyfourelectronic identification systemsor schemesregistered in
Montenegro:
TrustMe -Ministry od Interior is the registered identification service provider with high assuranse level ( ID card), since 2020.
CTrust eID system –Montenegrin Telekom (Crnogorski Telekom ad Podgorica) is the registered identification service
provider with medium assurance level (with two- factor authentication), since december 2021.
CoreIDsystem. CoreIt LLC Podgorica provides electronic identification services by issuing certificates for electronic
identification/authenticationwith high assurance level, namely:
1. Certificate for authentication of a natural person (issued on cryptographic QSCD token with Qualified Certificate for
Qualified Electronic Signature)
2. Certificate for authentication of a natural person within a legal entity (issued on a cryptographic QSCD token with a
Qualified Certificate for a qualified electronic signature for a natural person within a legal entity).
PoštaCG-CA eIDsystem, Post Office of Montenegroprovides electronic identification services by issuing certificates for
electronic identification/authenticationwith high assurance level, namely:
1. Certificate for authentication of a natural person -issued on a cryptographic token/qualified means for creating an
electronic signature (QSCD means);
2. Certificate for authentication of a natural person as part of a legal entity -issued on a cryptographic token/qualified
means for creating an electronic signature (QSCD means);
