Why innovation is important? By the definition (creating value)

Why innovation is important? Endogenous growth theory maintains that economic growth is primarily the result of internal forces, rather than external ones. It argues that improvements in productivity can be tied directly to faster innovation and more investments in human capital from governments and private sector institutions. (Arrow, 1962; Hirofumi Uzawa,1965; Sidrauski , 1 967; Romer, 1986;  Aghion and Howitt ; 1992 )

Why innovation is important? Balanced scorecard (Kaplan and Norton, 1992) According to BSC there are four perspectives to evaluate the performance of an organization. And they are: Customer Financial Learning and Growth Internal Process
