How do organizations create value?
1.The creation of value within organizations occurs through a dynamic process
involving inputs, conversion, and outputs. Inputs, such as raw materials,
human resources, and information, are obtained from the environment.
2.The organization then utilizes large-scale technology and human skills to
transform these inputs into valuable outputs, such as goods and services.
3.This value creation is influenced by the organization's environment, which
includes factors like customers, suppliers, competitors, and government
regulations.
4.Organizations continuously adapt to changes, innovate, and manage their
environments to sustain value creation over time, exemplified by companies
like Amazon.com, whose success stems from leveraging new information
technologies.
