Weight BMI = refers to the measurement of body fat. * Normal if you have normal or healthy weight according to your height and age. * Underweight if your body does not have enough fat. * Overweight if your body have too much fat * Obese if your storage fat exceeds 30% of your body weight. BMI: Body Mass Index = calculating by dividing your body weight in kilograms by your square of height in meters

Height BMI = refers to the measurement of body fat. That changes with age * Measuring height is also important so doctors use growth chart. Having low height for your age is called Stunted growth.

Vision Astigmatism = when the cornea is not curved evenly in all directions, light that enters the eye will be out of focus or blurry for both close and distant objects. Hyperopia or farsightedness = you will not have difficulty seeing objects at a distance but have trouble focusing on objects close at hand Myopia or nearsightedness = when you can focus on objects that are close at hand but not are those that are far away

Vision Xeropthalmia = abnormally dry eye because it dos not have enough layer of tears to coat its surface. Strabismus = the misalignment of the eyes because of an imbalance of the eye muscles. It becomes difficult for the eyes to focus on the same point.

H earing Earwax or Cerumen = builds up and blocks your ear canal, impacted cerumen happens. It causes ringing in the ear. And temporary hearing loss. Swimmer’s ear or Otitis Externa = occurs when spending much time in the water. Bacteria and fungi sets in your ear canal because of moisture. And causes your ears to sore

Oral or Dental Malocclusion = improper alignment of the upper and lowerteeth when your jaw is closed, making an overbite or underbite G ingivitis = an inflammation of the gums caused by plaque that irritates the gum tissue. Periodontitis = causes permanent damage to your teeth. Halitosis or Bad breath = caused by food particles left in your mouth that rot and start to smell

Posture and Spine Scoliosis = is a curve on the right or left side of your spine along with uneven shoulders and hips. kyphosis = is the excessive outward curvature of the spine L ordosis = is the excessive inward curvature of the spine

Skin, Hair and Nails Sunburn = is caused by overexposed to sun Blisters = caused by friction like when a shoe rubs against the heel Caluses = are thick, rough areas of the skin Corns = are rough areas of the skin but surrounded by inflammed skin, smaller than calluses.
