7. Risk & Challenges and support needed We are facing issues with QC closure. The remote team requires additional confirmations to close the QCs, such as providing evidence, similar to what was done on site 304199 but still the qc is on hold. We Have Pending vos . Security issue To close sites in time. The fence purchase orders for the following old sites have not yet been updated: 303030, 303079, and 304062 (the last site is even considered as mesh fence).

Unable to close the site. 201050 Solar foundation not ready yet , this blocked us to close PW QC HUAWEI should push CW SBC 410134 all installation work done and WL ,MW & IP QCs closed but regarding to the DG shape damaged because of Manpower delivery transposition issue , SCAR already confirmed but IM still blocked us to close PW QCs 304227 Busbar not installed on cabinet as well as earthing not connected. Unable to close PW QC due to this issue. Huawei should push CW SBC 304116 security guard payment issue. Unable to close MW QC due to this issue. Huawei need to close the security guard payment issue

13. Risk & Challenges and support needed Number of sites on August 9 sites Number of new sites should be 30 per month according to Omniacom target .. There is Gap in communication between Huawei and Omniacom to share sites to Omniacom especially to open new regions and new projects especially for ET projects Omniacom has the resources but Huawei not shared enough Security guard payment issues delayed work for more than 2 weeks in 3 sites causing a delay in site completion. CW completion issues in 2 sites results in more than 2 weeks delay in 2 sites TI completion (503001 and 503015).
