INTRODUCTION The Johari Window is a Communication model that can be used to improve understanding between individuals. Johari Window is developed by American Psychologists Joshep luft and Harry Ingham in the 1995,Calling it' JOHARI' after combining their first names JOE and HARRY .It is a simple and useful tool for understanding and training self-awerness.

PURPOSE The Johari Window is a technique that healps people better understand their relationship with themselves and others. In this article We'll look at how the Johari Window Works,and We'll see how you can use it with your team to improve communication and trust.

THE FOUR QUADRANTS ARE JOHARI WINDOW

THE FOUR QUADRANTS ARE: 1.OPEN SELF: What others know about you and you know too...The Things we know about ourselvs and others know about us. 2.BLIND SELF: what others know about you but you don't...The Things others know about us that we do not know.... 3.HIDDEN SELF: What others dont know about you,but you do.It's your secreats..Things we know about ourselves that others do not know.

4.UNKNOWN SELF: What others don't know about you,and you don't either.unknow to both self and others.

IMPORTANCE Understanding How you communicate with yourselfand others. Understanding how you present yourself to yourself and others. Understanding how you perceive yourself and how others perceive you Understanding actions vs motivation.
