Blind Area
It is about how we perceived by others.
The aim is to reduce this area and thereby increase the open area.
The blind area is not an effective or productive space for individuals or groups.
Group members and mangers can take responsible for helping
individual to reduce their blind area by giving the right feedback.

Q2-What is one of your secrets that you
don’t want to share with anyone ?

Hidden Area
What is known to ourselves but kept hidden therefore unknown, to others.
(Secrets, Past exp., feelings etc.)
By telling others how you feel increase the Open area, which enables better
understanding, cooperation, trust, team-working effectiveness and productivity.
This also end the misunderstandings, poor communication and confusion etc.

Question for Unknown area.
Q1-Am I Happy?
Q2-Do I enjoy what I do?
Q3-Do I have a great skill or talent that I am not
aware about it?

Unknown Area
Unknown area is the information is unknown to you as well as others.
(talent, feelings, unknown fear, attitude, natural ability etc.)
Open communication is effective way to decrease the unknown area.
