Collect
The exhaust gas is cooled
before entering the tank and
enter recovery system.

Dust and oil removal
The exhaust gas enters the oil absorber and filter for two-stage treatment,
which can deeply remove dust, oil and other impurities.

Deoxygenation and cooling
The oxygen is removed from the reactor through a heat exchanger.

Ensure stable working conditions in the furnace
The recovery port of the furnace is equipped with a storage tank to ensure
that the working conditions in the furnace are not affected by the adjustment
of the working conditions of the recovery system;
Automatic flow adjustment
The Roots blower adopts variable frequency control, so the flow of the recovery
system can be automatically adjusted according to the production situation;
Pressure alarms
The recovery system inlet and outlet and before and
after the Roots blower are equipped with pressure
alarm functions to ensure gas safety
Oxygen remove
There is a deoxygenation unit inside the system to reduce the oxygen content
of the recovered gas, ensuring that the oxygen content in the recovery process
will not accumulate and cause danger;
Online monitoring
Equipped with online oxygen analyzer to continuously monitor the oxygen
content of the recovered gas online 24/7, and equipped with an audible
and visual alarm for high oxygen content;

The knob operation is intuitive and simple. Users only
need to turn on the power and turn the knob of the
device to be turned on to the running state, and the
device can be operated.
Easy start and stop
The flow process dynamically displays the gas flow
direction, valve status, dryer and deaerator working
status, pressure, oxygen content, flow rate, etc. in real
time on touch screen;
Dynamic display
This system can be equipped with remote monitoring to
transmit the real- time operation screen and parameters
to the network. Remote monitoring can be achieved by
entering the address and login password through a
computer or mobile phoneconnected to the network.

For a production line of a customer, the gas used is divided into two types: sealing nitrogen and protective
nitrogen- hydrogen mixed gas:
1) Sealing nitrogen 500- 600Nm³/h;
2) Protective gas is a nitrogen- hydrogen mixed gas with a hydrogen content of 3%, with a flow rate of
about 900- 1000Nm³/h;
Among them, the sealing nitrogen is not recycled, only the protective nitrogen- hydrogen mixed gas is
recycled; therefore, this project can be designed according to the recycling volume of 1000m³/h.
