Coursera Coursera is an education company started in 2012 working with the top universities and organizations in the world to offer courses online for anyone to take, for free . Founded by Stanford University Computer Science professors Daphne Koller and Andrew Ng. Ng and Koller say that as the Coursera.org site develops, more courses will be introduced in different languages, including Chinese. The founders are also seeking to team up with Chinese universities to achieve that goal. 12
