6. DRYING CHAMBER
DESCRIPTIONS
Drying of the pasta is automatic and depends on the set program. Drying chambers loading
capacity  (based on the typy of the product). Drying period heavily depends on the type of the
product and could be 7-11 hours. The quantity of drying chambers depends on the pasta press
capacity, and for 300 kg/hour it is 7 chambers + additional set of carriages. hamber has an
unique ventilation system, developed by our engineers especially for our machines. It allows to
create the best conditions for drying pasta. Quality of our pasta is competitive with the other
products, which was made with the equipment of the best world manufacturer.
Company produces conveyor dryers for pasta drying: 100, 300, 400, 500, 700 kg/hr. These
chambers have a wide range of advantages in comparison with usual convection dryer chambers,
which are used in tray drying. Production process is starts from the point when we have a raw
product until it is ready for packaging.
There is no necessity in manual load. Control and speed regulation of the belts, temperature and
humidity executing automatically at all stages of drying.
