3. 2011 back to school Deployment Life back Together After leaving the unit in 2010, I enrolled in school at the AI Deployed and volunteered for suicide prevention classes during a deployment overseas.

4. Saving A Life In 2017, I recognized the signs of depression in a friend and provided support and empathy as he was facing an abusive relationship. .

5. Flashforward to 2022 In 2022, my friend reached out to me on TikTok, revealing how my support had saved his life and allowed him to help others in similar situations.

6. Conclusion Lessons Learned: Empathy, wisdom, courage, and emotional intelligence can have a profound impact on someone's life. Encouraging others to offer support during tough times.
