2. Ingredients 6 Egg yolks Condensed Milk Evaporated Milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon water

3. Tools and Utensils Ilanera Bowl Spoon Whisk Measuring Spoon

4. Steps In a bowl, add 6 Egg Yolks Add Condensed Milk Stir and add evaporated milk Add 1 tsp vanilla, gently stir in a circular motion until blended.

5. In an Ilanera ( Aluminum Mold) , add 1 tbsp sugar Add 1 tbsp water , continuously tilt and swirl the Ilanera over low heat to heat evenly caramelized the sugar. Remove from heat and allow caramel to cool. Pour Leche Plan mixture into Ilanera

6. Cover with aluminum foil Steam for about 40-45 minutes or until the custard sets. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
