Pause : Reflect and React The DS is the chair of the Board of evaluators for the ranking of the candidates for promotion. One of the Applicants is his/ her very own niece or nephew. The results reveal that among the applicants , the relative of the DS was far below the median. Yet, when the final result was released,the relative was the one recommended for item. In the course of the investigation of the case, it was found out that the DS exercised his prerogative to recommend his/ her relative. Is the act of DS moral or not?
