IPO Israel Philharmonic Orchestra IPO was founded in 1936 by violinist Bronislaw Huberman and was composed of several musicians who were excluded from European orchestras. World war 2 orchestra played 140 times. It also made several recordings under Decca Records. IPO is said to have a sound like no other, described as warm, full bodied, and dark.
