It is part of the Palghar district, known for its blend of urban amenities and rural landscapes. The area reflects a mix of demographics, encompassing a diverse socio-economic spectrum. 6 Proposed Solution Major KPIs This project seeks to drive positive change within Naigaon's educational framework by addressing pertinent challenges, paving the way for a more inclusive, quality-driven, and community-engaged educational ecosystem Competitor Analysis: Effectiveness of Communication Channels Rating scale indicating the perceived effectiveness of communication channels used by parents. Identified Strengths and Weaknesses Quantitative analysis indicating the number of identified strengths and weaknesses across different school boards. Public Opinion on Facilities: Technology Integration Preference Percentage breakdown of preferences regarding technology integration in classrooms. Importance of Extracurricular Activities Rating scale indicating the perceived importance of extracurricular activities for holistic development. Financial Feasibility: Importance of Financial Aid Percentage reflecting the perceived importance of scholarships or financial aid programs. 7 Proposed Methodology The ~70k population of Naigaon East, has approximately 10k children in age bracket of 5-14 years with around 20 odd schools (of all sizes) in 2-3 km vicinity of center Naigaon East. Considering these facts, and implementing the statistical significance at 95% confidence we believe the below sample – In-Depth Interviews (IDI) Parents : A diverse sample of around 15-20 parents to understand various perspectives on school preferences, expectations, and concerns regarding the new school Education Counselors : Around 8-10 interviews, to provide insights into curriculum preferences, market demands, and suggestions for the new school Teachers : Approximately 10-15 interviews would offer a well-rounded understanding of teaching expectations, challenges, and preferences for a new school Ex-Principals : We will try to interview 4-5 former principals that can provide valuable insights into challenges faced, critical success factors, and pitfalls to avoid Focus Group Discussions (FGD) Parents : Organize 3-4 FGDs with 8-10 parents in each to explore collective opinions, concerns, and expectations Students : 2-3 FGDs with 8-10 students in each group can help understand student preferences, desires, and needs for the potential school Quantitative Survey Parents : Depending on the population size and desired confidence level, we will aim for a sample of around 200-300 parents in the area. This will provide a statistically significant dataset for quantitative analysis PROPOSED METHODOLOGY The Methodology aims to offer statistically significant insights into school preferences, expectations, and market demands within Naigaon East's population.
