LMIS Progress Report (Jan - May)  Data Entry and Usage:           9 districts completed data entry.          Remaining districts 60-70% complete.          Overall reporting rate: 75%.  Meetings and Enhancements:          Two developer meetings.          Additions: LMIS Explorer, Performance Report. Health Facility Linkage:          Improved tracking and decision-making. UNICEF Reports:         Dashboard, stock report, monthly report (in progress).

Training and Coordination  Training:             * 6 batches of training for IMOs and health department staff.             * Online and directorate sessions.             *Significant improvement in reporting rate.  Coordination:            * Daily coordination with IMOs and staff.  Next Steps:            * Complete remaining data entry.            *Implement UNICEF reporting features.            *Continue refresher training sessions.
