Household worker Is a person who works within the employer’s household.

Household workers should treat colleagues with respect and should foster accurately and fairly the qualifications, views, and obligations of co-workers. 2. Household workers should respect personal information shared by co-workers in the course of their working relationships.
4. Household workers must not enter into sexual relationships with current clients. 3. Household workers should seek the advice and counsel of a co-workers whenever such consultation is in the best interest of clients.
5. Household workers should not sexually harass co-workers. 6. Household workers who have direct knowledge of a social work colleague’s impairment that is due to personal problems, psychosocial distress, substance abuse, or mental health difficulties. 7. Incompetence of colleagues.

Household workers should not engage in solicitation of testimonial endorsements from current clients or from other people who are vulnerable to undue influence. 6. Household workers should ensure that their presentations to clients, agencies, affiliations, services provided, or results to be achieved are accurate.
Personal Characteristics of a Household Worker Personal Characteristics include both appearance and desirable traits.
