A. Problem summary In our present generation a lot of stools around San Agustin are selling fried chicken, a pure fried chicken. Undeniably their price is cheaper than chicken wings. They sell one piece of fried chicken around twenty five pesos only compared on our chicken wings is more expensive. Of course some people will choose the cheaper one than the expensive. 11
B. Solution to the problem The Majestic Bites decided to address the hunger and cravings of chicken wings by the people today by offering our dear customers a wide variety of flavored chicken wings. So that the people around the town don’t just stick to a one flavored fried chicken. Our product is slightly more expensive but we ensure that the taste of our product will surely satisfy our customers. 12
C. MARKET 13 We innovated our product and added many other varieties of chicken wings to differentiate its appearance and flavor. We added some unique flavors for some choices. We offered five different flavored chicken wings so that they can choose what flavor sauce they prefer.(Classic buffalo, honey barbeque, honey garlic, sweet and spicy, chili garlic,) Additionally, we include some drinks which are the pineapple shake, mango shake, watermelon shake, and raspberry soda. We also have supporting add-ons like fries and nachos with the corresponding dips.
The pricing strategy that our enterprise uses is affordable, a simple cost-based pricing strategy for setting the prices of goods and services. The price of our product is affordable within the budget. Our price starts at 99 pesos for three pieces, 149 pesos for 6 pieces and for the unlimited it cost 299 pesos . They can also select an assorted flavor in one pack. 14
