The IFAB Since 1886, The IFAB - The International Football Association Board – has been the universal decision-making body governing the Laws of the Game of association football. The organisation puts great emphasis on the accessibility of these Laws, their correct understanding and moreover their consistent application globally. Projects
Solution Our task was to design, develop and launch the first official Laws of the Game app. It had to be always up-to-date, available to everyone using Android and iOS devices, and in a multi-language format. It was to give quick and easy access to the Laws, most importantly to the referees, both on- and offline. It had to present all the recent changes against the previous edition, and to make the amendments easy to follow, study and explain. Read more Problem The Laws of the Game are amended annually. The IFAB wanted to devise a golden source available worldwide, bringing these Laws to where they’re most needed – on the field of play in the form of an app. Up until this point, referees, other match officials and anyone interested, had had to rely on printed versions of the Laws they needed for clarification and so had to search for them online.
Outcome Laws of the Game app has been downloaded in over 190 countries in 6 continents . Reaching people in almost every corner of the world , the mobile app increases the level of knowledge about the Laws and creates a positive image of The IFAB within the football community . On average , users spend 6 minutes on the app per day : always up -to- date Laws of the Game are always at their fingertips . Benefits ? Correct decisions made by the referees , respected by coaches and players , and understood by fans and experts .
Jean Louis David Jean Louis David is one of the most recognisable hairdresser networks in the world. With over a thousand salons around the world it’s also the #1 in Europe and #2 globally.
Solution Our task was to bring Jean Louis David into the mobile world with an application for their smartphone-using customers. Quick and handy appointment scheduling, salon and service-finder, time and date booking + functionalities boosting customer experience: adding products and services to favourites , loyalty points; and others for up-sale, such as buying vouchers for current or future use. Read more Problem Jean Louis David salons work mostly on scheduled appointments. To set up a visit their customers needed to find the location of the nearest salon, their phone number, give them a call, and set up a date over the phone. The booking experience was far away from the salon experience the brand strives to deliver.
Outcome Over 402,000 users have installed the application , and it is used by over 1700 JLD clients every day . Analysing the results from the savings side , when customers reach for the app , it doesn't consume the ad budget . Push is free .
adidas adidas Group wants to be the best sports company in the world. They work to create and sell the best sports and fitness products, and to offer the best service and consumer experience globally. They believe that through sports they have the power to change lives.
Solution We designed and developed an autonomous native app for Android and iOS, along with a web app and a CMS. The app presented an up-to-date event agenda, individual lodgings details, sights worth visiting, and other info to make the guests’ stay hassle free and enjoyable. It was presented officially during the UEFA Champions League final in London and supported all adidas events at the FIFA World Cup in Brazil. Read more Problem During the largest sports events sponsored by adidas worldwide, such as the UEFA European Championship in football, adidas holds invitation-only events. adidas needed a tool that would integrate the entire guest program, making the organisation easier and participation smoother for the guests, also fully customisable for different sports events at different venues in the future.
Outcome The app was the main event management tool for adidas during the UEFA Champions League final in London and FIFA World Cup in Brazil .
North Fish North Fish is a specialty chain of restaurants serving fish and seafood. Created in Poland, inspired by Norway, currently it runs 46 quick-service restaurants countrywide. This makes them #1 in Poland and #2 in Europe in this specialty.
Solution We designed and developed an entire loyalty program in a native Android and iOS application. It had to enable collecting, and redeeming points - as the brand’s products, physical or virtual rewards. The new app was to present the individual menu options in tasty and appealing manner, and other equally important pieces of information such as including the nearest restaurant finder. We also equipped the app with elements of gamification in the form of different challenges and the ways to tackle them. Read more Problem North Fish needed an amazing loyalty program. They also wanted to open a new sales channel via a dedicated application. Their old app was a long way from North Fish’s new requirements. It had presented only the current promotions and basic brand info, without any loyalty features or m-commerce functionalities.
Outcome In just the first 4 months , almost 63,000 registrations were made , with over 90,000 users of the mobile application . Already in the first quarter after the publication of the new mobile application , the assumed KPIs were significantly exceeded than the assumed results . From the very beginning , there were over 21,000 active accounts a day !
MOXLY Moxly is a startup car wash mobile app. Thanks to the innovative, waterless washing method, they can work anywhere their clients need them be, ultimately saving their time and ensuring that the car looks like new.
Solution Moxly needed us to nurture their product from a conceptual idea phase to a complete service. From strategy, through brand name, copywriting, UX, graphic and communications design, mobile and web development to the backend. We devised a mobile and web app as the key business tool: for order placement and payment platform on the end-customer’s side; and the respective washer assignment and process handling on the company’s side. Problem Moxly founders came to us with an idea. They wanted to create a service that would let busy car owners have their cars washed wherever they are on demand. Their business model relied on the service to be operated through the mobile and web application, by both the customers and Moxly team. They didn’t know how to turn their vision into a usable and functional product.
Outcome Thanks to our cooperative sessions with the Agency , we felt we were in safe hands . We met with their experts who subsequently assisted greatly in building the foundations of our business. We unquestionably needed a partner who could understand our business goals and implement the application according to the highest industry standards. iMall iMall is an integrated platform consisting of a mobile application and a web CMS all in one. The tool created by Me & My Friends improves the functioning of shopping centres and allows for their remote management by facilitating the daily work of property managers, tenants and their employees along with support services such as maintenance and security teams.
Solution We focused on designing a platform consisting of a mobile and web application that will enable the efficient and effective management of the shopping centres and communication with its respective tenants. This simple, modular and intuitive tool allows you to perform all the basic activities that are currently taking place through various communication channels. Read more Problem Carrying out the key business processes remotely, improving communication between shopping centre managers and tenants thus enabling facility management, along with instant exchange of information at a distance have become particularly important in these increasingly volatile times. We noticed significant gaps in the market of shopping centre management tools, so we decided to take up the challenge.
Outcome For the start, integration of the tool in 9 shopping centres with a total of 1,200 tenants .
Polish Airlines LOT LOT is one of the 12 longest running airlines in the world, one which has been connecting Poland, Central and Eastern Europe with the world for over 90 years. Every year, it hosts millions of travellers on board its planes and every day ensures that it offers the most convenient and comfortable travel conditions.
Solution For LOT Polish Airlines, we have built a website inspired by travellers from scratch. The website - in addition to flight information - offers other functionalities, such as information about various cultures, tourist attractions or culinary specialties specific to a given destination. Practical information, a guide with recommendations and the possibility of booking have become a great help for travellers . Read more Problem Many potential travellers don't know where to go because they don't know the destination. The challenge was to find a solution that would facilitate the search for inspiration for travel on over 120 regular connections to nearly 100 airports around the world.
T-Mobile T-Mobile Usługi Bankowe is the result of the merger between T-Mobile and Alior Bank, aimed at creating the most advantageous banking offer on the market. Thanks to the cooperation of one of the most innovative banks and the largest mobile operators, a new generation style of banking was created.
Solution In order to design and implement an image focused website as well as internet and mobile banking for the newly created banking brand, we conducted an audit to develop optimal solutions with AI, UI, UX Design. We took further care of the comprehensive implementation of the website: preparation of high-accuracy functional mockups, design documentation, graphic design and implementation of all programming works. As part of the cooperation, we also undertook an image campaign "Development means change". Read more Problem The challenge was to create the image of online and mobile banking platforms, solving the problems of connecting two brands and different identification systems, not only for its current but as well for future customers.
