•Databases evolved in the early 1960s. Thedatabase process is to collect and
organize data typically stored electronically in a computer system. A database is
said to be a list that is kept written (or) typed on paper, in a computer
spreadsheet or word processing document. Accessing data becomes more
accessible and integrated with the rest of our work. Handling information using
a database allows us to become strategic users and easy of the data we have.
