3. VERVE Inter batch cultural, literary and sports fest Hold Verve after 2 months of admission of new batch- To get enough time interval b/w verve and Invictus. To explore more talent & form teams accordingly for other fests New events can be tested out in verve to seek more talent like rap battle and beatboxing .

4. INVICTUS KMC’s inter-medical college fest Ideas to make working of the domains better- 1. Invites - not more than 2 rounds of invitation (before & after brochure) to prevent confusion and miscommunication with other colleges on basis of brochure. - Prepare list of both medical & non medical colleges from the start to keep it open for cultural and literary. - Keep early bird registration discounts.

5. INVICTUS 2. Registration - Close registrations 5 days prior to team events to have an idea of reg for each event and to take permission of the venue accordingly. - On spot registration for solo events works after we have enough participants for the event to continue. - Only captain/college representative to be present at reg desk to prevent overcrowding. 3. Travel & Accommodation - Vacancies to be checked and permission from Chief Warden to be taken in advance to plan stay of contingents accordingly. - Discount can be given on longer stays. - In case stay is extended, make sure to they pay before leaving to prevent any discrepancies later.

6. INVICTUS 4. Finance & Sponsorship – Try contacting brands that have franchise all over India (for coupons or discounts mainly). - Winners to get coupons along with prize money. - Cultural Clubs can make like a collaborative reel with brand for more PR. 5. Proshow – Tickets can be made available on online apps like bookmyshow etc. - Early bird tickets can be added. - We can take pictures or videos of artists using the sponsored products.

7. COMMITTEE Recruiting people who are culturally oriented and can work in organizing at the same time. Increase cultural representation in fests. Try and get better budget allocation and reimbursements by showing their growth as a club. Try & make everyone in committee learn all aspects like design, permissions etc so that everyone has basic knowledge of how to execute various tasks. Improving communication within committee for everyone to give ideas & opinions to improve the execution of events. Keeping things transparent as how much work is done by each member of the committee and equal distribution of work .

8. NEW IDEAS Hold workshops for students with experts near Manipal to help them learn new things Inclusion of new events like beatboxing & rap battle as mentioned earlier. Performances by experts to motivate students to come out of their comfort zone and try new things. By this we can even do PR and increase reach of Invictus to colleges who don’t have much idea about it since cultural events are open to all colleges. Plan an event like Cancer Awareness program for World Mental Health Day on 10 th October by involving ASARE & Hombelaku.

9. SOCIAL MEDIA Post reels and pictures from various events to increase engagement. Make videos of BTS from various events. Videos of workshops and performances in collaboration with experts coming for the same to increase reach.

10. WHY ME ? Been an integral part of the committee since 1 st year and so have enough experience with events and functioning of the committee. Been a part of all events- Utsav core volunteer , Conferences, College day, Invictus, Verve, Nasha mukti club inaugration etc ; so have a comprehensive understanding of challenges one may encounter during various events. My active participation in cultural clubs has given me unique perspective to approach issues from both organizer's and participant’s standpoint. It would help in better and smoother functioning of the events.
