Manpower is responsible for all the employer's liabilities based on the Labour
Code, Tax Legislation and any other applicable laws of the Russian Federation,
Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan
Manpower bears responsibility for the timely payroll processing of the employees
and Tax reporting
Manpower calculates and processes all expenses, incurred by the contracted
employees, in strict accordance with the Tax Legislation and as per Client's
