4. For first-time login.
Open the browser and type the URL below:
https://mysejahtera.malaysia.gov.my/myvas
Enter Login Credentials.
Click on the “I’m not a robot”
checkbox to verify the process.
Click the “Login” button.

5. Enter the password.
Click the button
“Submit”.

7. Users are able to see Hajj
Pilgrim Health
Examination on the
homepage.
The user clicks on the
Icon.
.

8. User able to see 2 sections available:
1) Add Hajj Pilgrim Health examination
2) View Hajj Pilgrim Health Examination Records

9. 3.0 Add Hajj Pilgrim Health Examination

10. 1.User select Add Hajj Pilgrim Health Examination
2.User can search patient ID in the search column. The patient’s details
will be automatically listed if the user has a verified MySejahtera ID.

11. 1.Click on the patient’s name
2.Pop - up message shows Patient record
Found (no Hajj Health record done
previously)
3.Click on Verify Details to start Hajj Health
Examination
If the Patient has not started any Hajj Examination yet

12. 1.User fill in the mandatory information as
below:
•Gender
•Date of Birth
•Address
•Occupation
•Ethnicity
•Special Category of Population
•Hajj Book No. (To fill in the number
of Buku Rekod Rawatan Jemaah
Haji)
1.Once all the details has verified, user tick
small box for verification
1.Click Start Health Examination to
continue

13. 1.Click on the patient’s name
2.Pop-up message shows There is already screening in progress. Would
you like to continue or start a new one? ( Hajj Health record in progress)
3.Click on Continue to resume the health examination or
4.Click Start New if the user wants to start a new health examination.
If the Patient has Hajj Examination in Progress

14. 1.Click on the patient’s name
2.Pop-up message shows Patient has already completed Hajj Pilgrim
Health Examination ( Hajj Health record completed)
3.Click on View Hajj Pilgrim Health Examination Record to look for the
examination summary
If the Patient has completed the Hajj Examination

15. If the patient has already been screened in progress from another
facility
1.Click on the patient’s name
2.Pop-up message shows There is already screening in progress with
another facility (patient has been accessed by a doctor from another facility)
3.Users from another facility cannot do the examination that has been started
by another facility

16. For Women Hajj Pilgrim Assessment
1.User needs to fill up the question if
examining women pilgrim:
•Pregnant status
•EDD date if pregnant
•Last menstrual period date
•Gynaecological problem if
indicated
•History of uterine prolapse if
indicated
1.Click Continue to resume to the next
page
1.Click Save & Exit if the user wants to
discontinue the examination
1.Click Back if the user wants to see the
previous page.

17. Medical and Surgical History Assessment
1.User needs to fill up the
medical and surgical history
if indicated.
1.Click Continue to resume
to the next page.
1.Click Save & Exit if the
user wants to discontinue
the examination.
1.Click Back if the user wants
to see the previous page.

18. Lifestyle Health Assessment
1- The user needs to fill up a lifestyle Health Assessment which consists of :
•Alcohol Consumption
•User needs to fill up the questionnaire if applicable
•Total Alcohol consumption Test core would be shown below
•Smoking Status
•User need to choose the type of smoking if indicated
•Conventional Cigarette
•Electronic Cigarette/ Vape
•Dual Uses
•Others (a pipe, bidis, etc)

19. Systemic Health Examination
1. User can click yes if want to
perform a systemic health
examination
1.User can click the symptoms
present according to the system
listed below
1.User can tick multiple related
symptoms
1.Click Continue to resume to the
next page
1.Click Save & Exit if the user wants
to discontinue the examination
1.Click Back if the user wants to see
the previous page.

20. Functional Status Screening (Modified Barthel Index) Assessment
1.User can click yes if want to perform Functional Status Screening.
2.Users must tick the dependency point according to the daily activities listed above.
3.Total Modified Barthel Index Score would be shown.
4.Click Continue to resume to the next page
5.Click Save & Exit if the user wants to discontinue the examination
6.Click Back if the user wants to see the previous page.

21. Saringan Status Kesihatan Mental (SSKM 20) Assessment
1.User can click yes if want to
perform SSKM 20.
2.Users need to tick the
frequency point according to
the condition as listed.
3.Total SSKM 20 would be
shown.
4.Click Continue to resume to
the next page
5.Click Save & Exit if the user
wants to discontinue the
examination
6.Click Back if the user wants
to see the previous page.

22. Elderly Cognitive Assessment
1.User can click yes if want to
perform Elderly Cognitive
Assessment.
2.Users need to tick the
answers according to the
listed questionnaires.
3.Total Elderly Cognitive
Assessment Scores would be
shown.
4.Click Continue to resume to
the next page
5.Click Save & Exit if the user
wants to discontinue the
examination
6.Click Back if the user wants
to see the previous page.

23. Clinical Parameters
1.Clinical parameters are
mandatory to be filled by the User.
2.Users need to fill up the detail as
below:
•Height and weight
•Vital Sign
•Point of care testing
3.Interpretation of BMI, Blood
pressure, Blood Glucose, and
Haemoglobin reading would be
shown.
4.Click Continue to resume to the
next page
5.Click Save & Exit if the user wants
to discontinue the examination
6.Click Back if the user wants to see
the previous page.

24. Systemic Physical Examination
1.User can click yes if want to perform a systemic physical
examination
2.Users can select according to significant findings during physical
examination.
3.Users can tick multiple related presentations
4.Click Continue to resume to the next page
5.Click Save & Exit if the user wants to discontinue the examination
6.Click Back if the user wants to see the previous page.

25. Laboratory and Radiological Investigation
1.User can click yes if want to
perform further laboratory and
radiological investigations
1.User can select the type of
investigations listed.
1.Click Continue to resume to the
next page
1.Click Save & Exit if the user wants
to discontinue the examination
1.Click Back if the user wants to see
the previous page.

26. Disability Status of Hajj Pilgrim
1.User needs to select the disability
status of the Hajj Pilgrim
1.If the user selects Poor Health
Condition (Daif), needs to select the
condition as listed
1.Click Continue to resume to the
next page
1.Click Save & Exit if the user wants
to discontinue the examination
1.Click Back if the user wants to see
the previous page.

27. Diagnosis
1.User can select Yes if healthy, and
No if the patient has diseases.
1.If the user selects No, the user
needs to select the diagnosis listed
following ICD 11
1.User able to search most common
diseases at the top of the list.

28. Management and Medications
1.User can select management suggested to the patient during
health examination.
2.Users can select common medications listed in the dropdown
if the patient is currently on any medication.
3.If the desired medication is not found in the list, the user can
add other medications.

29. Assessment Summary
1.User able to preview Assessment
Summary before deciding the examination
result.
2.Users can click Assessment Summary to
view the summary
3.Report summary of the patient’s health
examination would be shown.

30. Hajj Pilgrim Health Examination Result
1.User needs to provide the result of the health
examination
2.Users can select according to the finding and
examination done
3.The result chosen will appear with color coding
respectively.
GREEN : FIT TO PERFORM HAJJ, NO COMORBID
YELLOW : FIT TO PERFORM HAJJ. STABLE COMORBID
RED : REQUIRES FURTHER EVALUATION (NEED FOR
SPECIALIST ATTENTION)
RED : FIT TO PERFORM HAJJ, HIGH RISK (ONLY
AFTER SPECIALIST REVIEWED)
BLACK : FAILED HEALTH EXAMINATION

31. 1.User is required to put comments
regarding the patient’s condition in
Doctor’s Note including lab investigation
results if indicated.
2.Click Preview to see Health Examination
Summary and submit.
3.Click Save & Exit if the user wants to
discontinue the examination
4.Click Back if the user wants to see the
previous page.

32. 1.Click Submit button after you have
confirmed the following details and
findings are correct.
2.Once submitted, the health examination
record is not editable.

33. 4.0 View Hajj Pilgrim Health Examination
Records

34. 1.User can search using Examination Date, Status, Result, or IC No
2.List of patients will be shown based on the filtered criteria
3.Click on the patient’s name to view the health examination summary or to
update the health examination result.

35. 1.Examination status will
show In Progress if the
user did not complete
and submit the report.
2.Examination status will
show Completed once
the user click Submit.

36. Examination Result
1.Examination result will show ‘-’ if the user did not submit the Health Examination
report
2.Examination results will show based on color coding once the Health Examination
is submitted
3.Only examination results that “Requires further evaluation” can be updated.
4.Result that has been submitted is not editable

37. 5.0 Update Hajj Pilgrim Health Examination Result

38. 1.Click Add Hajj Pilgrim Health Examination.
2.Search the patient’s IC/ Passport number.
3.Click on the patient’s name.
4.Pop-up message shows Patient requires further evaluation (need for
specialist attention)
5.Click on Update Results to update specialist input and finalize the Health
Examination Result

39. 1.Click Assessments Summary to review the
previous Health Examination Summary
2.User to provide the health examination
result for the patient
3.User to key in any comments regarding
the patient’s condition in Doctor’s Note
including patient’s investigation results (if
indicated)
4.Click Preview if the user want to view the
whole patient’s Health Examination
Summary
5.Click Save & Exit if the user want to
discontinue the examination

43. 1.Adakah saya perlu mempunyai MyVAS akaun sebelum menjalankan pemeriksaan saringan kesihatan pada
bakal Jemaah haji?
•Jawapan: Ya, setiap pegawai kesihatan yang sudah menjalani taklimat garis panduan pemeriksaan kesihatan bakal haji
hendaklah memperoleh akaun myvas persendirian bagi menjalani saringan kesihatan kepada bakal Jemaah haji secara
digital.
2.Sekiranya saya(pegawai kesihatan) sedang bertugas di hospital/klinik kesihatan, bagaimanakah caranya
untuk saya mendapatkan akaun MyVAS saya?
•Jawapan: Setiap pegawai kesihatan boleh menyemak email persendirian yang telah diberi semasa permohona
pendaftaran Myvas, Link akaun aktivasi akan di hantar melalui email persendirian.
3.Adakah boleh saya membuat perubahan/penambahan di dalam rekod pemeriksaan kesihatan pesakit saya
setelah saya menekan butang hantar?
•Jawapan: Tidak, sebarang perubahan tidak akan dapat dilaksanak setelah rekod kesihatan tersebut telah di hantar.
4.Adakah boleh saya mencetak rumusan rekod saringan kesihatan pesakit saya dan berikan kepada pesakit
sebagai simpanan?
•Jawapan: Boleh. Pesakit juga akan memperoleh rekod saringan pemeriksaan kesihatan mereka melalui rekod kesihatan di
dalalm aplikasi MySejahtera tanpa perlu di cetak oleh fasiliti kesihatan tersebut.
5.Adakah saya boleh berkongsi akaun MyVAS dengan pegawai pemeriksa yang lain bagi tujuan pemeriksaan
kesihatan bakal haji?
•Jawapan: Tidak, setiap pemeriksa perlu mempunya akaun MyVAS persendirian untuk menjalankan pemeriksaan kesihatan
bakal Jemaah haji.

55. 1.User verifies all the details
