A dear friend of mine who is a life coach coined it best, she said: “Coaching is mastered when you unlock their potential to be the best version of themselves” - I LOVE THIS!

Reasons for Coaching : S truggling with self-doubt and anxiety about making a major career change. Need to identify core values and strengths. B uild the confidence to take risks and accept change. A n opportunity to learn something new, whether it’s through reading, reflecting, or interacting with others. That second set of eyes and ears.

Coaching has Many B enefits : Coach: an objective outsider H elp us see ourselves and our actions and behaviors in a way that we generally cannot on our own. Help keep us accountable for our goals and plans. This benefit applies to most forms of coaching.
