1.   INTRODUCTION Dunggoan Intergrated School, is commited to fostering an inclusive & supported educational environment with an an approximately 92 learners from kindergarten to grade12 who belong to indigus families/community of Higaonons . This communication plan is design to address the needs of the students and their families by ensuring effective engagement, open information dissemination and community linkages. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This communication plank outlines strategies to improve communication with students and their families, build community trust, and promote engagement by ensuring effective information dissemination. With a learners population that includes indigenous communities, diverse economic backgrounds, and tribal language of Higaonon , the plank emphasizes cultural sensitive communicatioonk and tailored outreach. SITUATION ANALYSIS SCHOOL REVIEW: The Dunggoan Integrated School has a population approximately learners from Kindergarten to Grade 12, 60% are females and 40% are males. The learners are part of Higaonon and Muslim community with a varietyof tribal languages. The learner’s socio-economic status is varied, with approximately 80% from low income families, 15% from middleiincoome familiers , and 5% from high-income families. Many learners speak their mother tongue, Higao;non alongside Visayan dialect. Due to low-income of which must students belong to, the schooool’s attendance rate drops 75% in the first half of the year and 60% during the last quarter. Students are brought by their parents to help in the farm for their daily consumption.
