Estimation done by considering estimation
uncertainty and risk, using three estimates to
define range.
Ex: Record shows 1 Dia-Inch piping work in North
Sumatra is 3$. The cost for 765 Dia-Inch piping
work in South Sumatra approximately 765 x 3 =
2,295$
Estimation done on the greatest level of specified detail.
100% rule apply when Cost Aggregation is performed.

konstruksi, Perwira PGN dapat dengan mudah
mendapatkan informasi harga satuan material,
jaringan dan harga satuan konstrArahauksi
dengan cepat yang diperlukan dalam membuat
perhitungan biaya pekerjaan untuk pipeline
dan beyond pipeline, serta dapat membuat
rencana anggaran biaya atas pekerjaan terkait
dan terdokumentasi dengan baik
