1. Opening 1 Good morning, to all of the participants, and welcome to the 13th Fire Drill at BSIN Karawang. We are pleased to welcome all of the INOC members attending this event today, Mr. Mukiat , Mr. Yunus, (Abe- san ), (Kimura- san ), and all the esteemed managers of BSIN. My name is Jaenuri , and I will be joined by my colleague, Keiza, from the Safety and Health Environment department. Together, we will be guiding you through today’s fire drill event. For this drill, we are honored to have the presence of the Local Karawang Fire Brigade, led by Mr. Mahfudin . (Selamat datang di PT. Bridgestone Tire Indonesia). We would also like to extend our appreciation to the Surya Cipta fire truck team for their support in today's exercise. Additionally, we have informed nine of our neighboring companies about this drill, so they are aware that BSIN is conducting a fire drill today. 2. Initial Fire Found 2 Scenario of this fire drill is the fire occurred at Sport Center building. An employee found fire at Sport Center building. He shouts “fire” 3 times and goes to the fire alarm push button. At the command center office, the security informed the fire incident at Sport Center building area and asked employees near to Sport center to help extinguish the fire . At the same time, a utility officer checking the backup pump of hydrant to ensure it’s already active to prepare worst condition. This is our current system that complies with the regulations. Fact to share Current water hydrant pressure set at 4 kpa . By activating back up pump, the water pressure can reach 8 kpa .

3. Fire extinguishing simulation 3 Leader of emergency response team call the supporting team to extinguished fire. In this time, We simulating fire extinguishing by many type of burned material versus fire extinguisher type. For common burned material, we use powder type of portable fire extinguisher . The 2 nd one, for electronic thing such as panel, TV, computer. It is very effective if we use CO2 type. And then the 3 rd , for liquid material, effectively use foam type to extinguished the fire. Or, for practice at our home, we can use fire blanket / wet towel to blocked oxygen supply to fire. Fact to share Before using the portable fire extinguisher, they must confirm the conditions of pressure and seal of portable fire extinguisher. The simulation conducted by various section such as GA, Sales, ICT and PC/IE.

4. Evacuation 4 Fire getting bigger. Security command center announce to evacuate all employees, contractor and visitor to gather at assembly point. Meanwhile, One member of fire extinguisher got sick at site of fire occurrence. Evacuation by paramedic required, the ambulance came after call by leader of emergency response team. Fact to share We have 5 assembly points to gather and identify all employees, contractors, outsourcing and visitors. 3 areas along main road of plant area that are at front of TWH, at front of Engineering workshop and at front of RMW. And the last 2 assembly point at front & back side of new office. We also prepare TV monitoring at these 5 assembly points to show live streaming of this fire drill. So, everybody can see this fire drill at their assembly point.

5. Hydrant teamwork 5 Along with evacuation, Security command center call hydrant team to extinguished fire. In this simulation, we use 2 teams of hydrant. Fire still not extinguished yet, so The Leader of Emergency response team call command center office to contact Surya Cipta fire truck team to support us to extinguish the fire. Usually, fire hydrant using time is around 5 until 15 minutes, so calling fire truck is necessary if fire still not extinguished yet after 5 minutes using fire hydrant. And as for your information, our capacity of water stock for hydrants is 9 hundred thousand litter. Besides that, we also have a water tank with capacity around 300.000 litter for our auto sprinkler system that is already installed at our RWM, TWH, BB surge tank and chemical blender, new office basement and tire drum test room. Next, we will progressively install it into the whole plant building. Fact to share Before using the fire hydrants, they must confirm the conditions of pressure, hose, nozzle, while join of hose and while open the valve of water. The hydrant team one consist of Extruding member that won internal hydrant competition in this year. Another team is from QA & Technical section members.

6. Fire Truck come 6 The fire truck team from Surya Cipta came and joined to help fire extinguishing. Before that, there is communication between Leader of emergency response team with leader of fire truck team from Surya Cipta to explain the fire situation that are kind of burned materials are vary such as liquid, solid, & electric thing. From many time trials, normally the fire truck from Surya Cipta to our site takes around 8 minutes. This is to be our consideration item to communicate early if we need their support. Fact to share Safety first. To avoid any injury from this drill, We set up distance from fire and hydrant team around 10 ~ 15 meters.

7. Fire Extinguished 7 The Fire looks like already extinguished. The Leader of the emergency response team, leader of fire truck team and fire expert from SHE are checking condition to make sure the fire fully extinguished and quick investigate the cause of fire to determine further activities. Leader of emergency response team announces to all team member that fire already fully extinguished and ask all team to tidy up all fire hydrant tools and ask to the command center to announce that evacuation is finished, all person can back to their original position. The Fire drill is finished, we will continue with ceremony session to get summary report from The Leader of Emergency response team for fire drill & evacuation drill. Please remain in your position now. Fact to share We’ll conduct ceremony for reporting of drill and speech from Top Management. All participant please gather near to fire drill area.

8. Ceremony 8 Welcome to ceremony session for DP Drill on September 17th, 2024. Let’s start. Ce remony commanders ( komandan sekuriti ) enter the position to set up all attendees. All managers report to the ceremony commander about fire drill and evacuation drill result. Reporting DP drill result from ceremony commander to QM head (pa Bambang). Next is, Speech from Top Management ( ), ceremony commander set up all attendees. Next, S peech from Karawang Disaster Mitigation Office, Mr. Mahfudin please come to the podium. The final speech is from Managing Director, Mr. Mukiat Sutikno please come to the podium. Mr. Mukiat , please remain at podium for symbolic to giving certification award for participation in today DP Drill as member of emergency response team. This certificate award signed by our factory manager and all team members of the emergency response team today will receive this certificate. Please give big applause. Pak Mukiat and Pak Syarifudin. 9. Hydrant Practice Exhibition 9 Please remain at your position now to all attendee. We’ll continue with hydrant practice exhibition that will show by 3 teams. Team – one is from Extruding that the winner of internal hydrant competition in this year with total time 2 minutes 7 seconds. They will take place at our left side. Team – two is from Head Quarter Manager that led by Pak Baryanto- Accounting, with member Pak Asep Sapturi – Accounting, Pak Bastion Dios – LSCM, Pak Dani Maulana & Pak Kemal – LSCM. They have record 2 minutes 11 second for fire extinguishing training last week. Team – three is from Manufacturing Manager that led by Pak Hendra – Final Inspection, with member Pak Irham – Engineering, Pak Teguh – Curing, Pak Ahmad – HRGA and Pak Andri – HR-ER. They have record 2 minutes 3 second for fire extinguishing training last week. Both team manager will take position at our right side. All team will get technical briefing before start this exhibition. The target of each team is to make down the red pillar that prepare at field. Distance between hydrant team to the target is around 10 meters. Let we see their working team to get their goal. [Continue with actual result of exhibition]
