3. Strategies of RCH Phase I Integrates all intervention of fertility regulation, Facilities of obstertics care MTP & IUD insertion in PHC & SC level Specialist facilites for STD & RTI treatment at all level

4. Strategies of RCH Phase II Essential obstetric care- -Institutional delivery -skilled attendance at delivery Emergency obstertics care -MTP & IUD at all level Strengthening Referral System

5. Conclusion MCH services are one of the most important programmes of community. It’s aim to deliver health care to special group in population which is specially vulnerable to disease or death. It promote reproductive health, reduce MMR, IMR. It has various scheme such as NRHM, RCH, CSSM, JSY, ASHA, TBA & IMNCI these programmes are provide comprehensive care helps in promoting health status of mother and child.
