4. Application of Mean, Median, Mode : Interpretation: Mean is simply the average of all the scores. A higher mean indicates a better performance in the exam. Since , we can say that Section A performs better than Section B. Note: Since all values are considered in computing the mean, outliers will affect its resulting value.
