MOTORCYCLE CLUTCH A Motorcycle Clutch is a Complex Assembly OF Parts That Transfer Power From The Engine To The Rear Wheel OF The Motorcycle. It is Made up of ClutchPack, OuterBasket, InnerHub, Pressure Plate and Clutch Cable. CLUTCH PACK :- Alternating Layer of Friction and Steel Plates With Lugs on the Outer and Inner Diameter. OUTER BASKET:- A Rotating Cylinder made of Strong Metal Like Steel With Toothy Gears On the Outside that connect to the engine Crank Shaft. INNER HUB:- Spline on the Transmissions Input Shaft that Rotates With It. PRESSURE PLATE :- Held in Place by Spring and Screw this Plate Press Against the Clutch Pack.

5. CLUTCH CABLE :- Connects the Clutch Lever at the Handle to the Clutch Assembly Near the Engine. When the clutch lever is pulled, the springs on the pressure plate retract forcing the plates apart and disconnecting the engine from the transmission

LEARNING OUTCOMES It improved my skill to interpret the process engineering drawings and gives me the experience, to convert the design into product This activity polish me, how to work in a team to meet the production target following all quality norms Excellent opportunity was given by plant management by giving the practical shape to my innovative ideas This training gives me the learning that customer satisfaction is prime motive in any industry, it can be achieved only by providing the product at right time and right place with minimum cost Last but not least, the importance of safety measures in working environment and personal life

CONCLUSION We have supervised Machine and Their Parts in industrial work. After supervising our Industrial Area , We have learned about the machinery and their parts and achieved practical experience We have also learned Industrial production . It was an awesome experience dealing with different types of people at industrial area. It seems to me that the practical knowledge is the most essential to be an efficient engineer.I tried to give my full afford as trainee engineers . Overall the internship program laid sound foundation for us to start our career
