3. Power point presentation PowerPoint is a presentation program developed by Microsoft . PowerPoint is often used to create business presentations, but can also be used for educational or informal purposes. The presentations are comprised of slides, which may contain text, images, and other media, such as audio clips and movies. 

4. White or black board A blackboard  is a reusable writing surface on which text or drawings are made with sticks of calcium sulfate  or calcium carbonate, known, when used for this purpose, as chalk. Blackboards were originally made of smooth, thin sheets of black or dark grey slate stone . A whiteboard  is a glossy, usually white surface for making non permanent markings (an evolved version of the blackboard). Whiteboards are analogous to blackboards, but with a smoother surface allowing rapid marking and erasing of markings on their surface. 

5. Overhead projector slides Overhead projector slides/transparencies are displayed on the overhead projector (OHP) - a very useful tool found in most lecture and seminar rooms. The OHP projects and enlarges your slides onto a screen or wall without requiring the lights to be dimmed.

6. Paper handouts Any printed ,typed , memographed , or photocopied copy of information, as a speech, policy statement or fact sheet given to reporters, attendees at a meetings and also to the audience.

7. Flip chart Its a chart that consists of a series of large pieces of paper which are attached at the top and which are used to present information to an audience by turning over one piece of paper at a time
