PRESS SHOP &M/Cs SHOP We have well equipped press shop to process all raw materials through various process like blanking , punching , piercing,bending,mitering , notching &cutting etc. See below the facilities (m/ cs ) are as below:- 1.Power press (10 tons to 300 tons). 2. Tube bending SPM 3.Centerless grinders 4.Traub m/ cs 5.Mitering SPMs 6.Wire cutting M/ cs 7. Drilling m/ cs

3. Weld shop   Weld shop is equipped with 6 Onos MIG welding station . There are 9 component wise exclusive weld lines are running to fulfill the HMCH daily requirement (aprox-20000/day ). All welding line are based on straight line flow system with precision welding fixtures ,calibrated receiving gauges and overhead conveyor provided for material movement to next buffing shop . Inert gas for welding is provided through Capsule based storage system. Individual flow meters for each booth are provided for better monitoring and control of inert gas . Welder training is regularly conducted for up gradation of skill level.

4. SEAT ASSEMBLY   We are supplying 3000 seat assembly per day for 3 models to HEROMOTOCORP Ltd . PU foam manufacturing is conveyor based with 55 moulds with AUTOMATED pouring system. Shop has conveyor mould heating system . Seat Assembly has state of art Rexene welding SPM, Rexene heating ovens with temp controller, cutting and stitching machines with Pneumatic stapling system .

5. 17 MEEN A KSHI POLYMERS PVT LTD ELECTROPLATING PLANT (TRI- NICKEL CHROME PLATING PLANT)   We have state of art surface treatment facility. Plating Plant has 40 stages for  TRI NICKEL CHROME PLATING .The plant is equipped with fully automated PLC controlled transporter and SCDA system for controlling essential plating parameters like temperature current brightener with 150000 Dm 2 /day plating capacity .Plated components is moved to next shop through overhead conveyor.
