Finance for Development- Final Project
As we learn from SDGs and F4D, the targets to achieve SDGs require billions to trillion. This will only be possible if we engage all stakeholder. As per cascade model, a government must consider public-private partnership as the priority. Therefore, my target audience will be the decision makers namely government. The government must mobilize the domestic resources available to meet its development needs. This project will talk about a major issue of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and its relation to the economy of a country at large. Many research and data are available to substantiate the ill-effects of poor management of menstruation. However, we have hardly achieved any milestone to address this issue mainly for the "not so well to do" population. Many rural and urban slum girls fail to avail basic rights and services because of this issue. This presentation encourages the decision makers to consider this concept for enhancing economic activity that can meaningfully meet the demands for its needy population. [email protected]
