Costing and Estimation
 Preparation and review of cost benefits analysis and tender documents.

 Estimates,prepares and assigns various resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment and
tools etc., required for all MEP and related works prior to execution.
Design Analysis
 Ensuring that As Built Drawings, layout drawings ,O&M Manuals, method of statements, Bills of Material
and other related documentation is prepared and submitted in a timely manner in line with the contract.
 Coordinate subcontractor and external suppliers for technical submittal requirements.
 Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or
specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
 Testing and commissioning : Firefighting system (Automatic Sprinkler System,Co2 System,FM-200 &
Alarm system, External Hydrant Network , Firepump D+E+J)
 Supervision of plumbing and drainage installation,Inspection, pressure testing, leak test , Site modification as
required at site condition, discuss & finalize with clients for the changes required at site, Co-ordination with
vendor representative for special Instruments/Commissioning.
