3. Introduction of Cosmetics Cosmetics are products used to enhance or change the appearance of the face , fragrance or the texture of the body. It comes from “ Kosmetiko ” which is used for beautification , maintain hygine , and improve of maintain appearance. All cosmetics are formulate as solid ,semi-solid ,or liquid .It classified into four parts: 1.Cosmetics for hair . 3.Cosmetics for Nail. 2.Cosmetics for skin . 4.C osmetics for Hygine.

4. MISBRANDED DRUG : Misbranded drugs- label related to warnings , Direction to use , Claim if any drug is labelling parameter in prescribe level fail its called misbranded drug. Or, if its label or container or anything accompanying the drug design or device which makes any false claim for the drug or which is false claim for the drug or which is false or misleading in any particlar or It is so coloured ,coated ,powedered or polished that damage is concealed or if it is made to appear of better or greater therapeutic value than it really is called misbranded drugs.

5. MISBRANDED COSMETICS: For the purposes of this chapter ,drug shall be deemed to be misbranded- a. If it contain a colour which is not prescribed ; or b. If it is not labelled in prescribed manner ;or c. If the label or container or anything accompanying the cosmetics bears any statement false or misleading in any particlar.

6. Adulterated Drugs a)If it consist in whole or in part ,of any filthy, putrid or decomposed substance; or b)If it has been prepared , packed or stored under unsanitary condition whereby it may have been rendered injurious to health; or c)If its container is composed ,in whole or in part, of any poisonous or deleterious substance which may render the contents injurious to health ; d)If it bears or contains, for purposes of colouring only, a colour other than one which is prescribed;

7. e)If it contains any harmful or toxic substance which may render it injurious to health; f)If any substance has been mixed therewith so as to reduce its quality or strength.

8. Spurious Drugs If the label or container bears the name of an individual or company purporting to be the manufacturer of the drug ,which individual or company is fictitious or does not exist; If it has been substituted wholly or in part by another drug or substance; or If it is manufactured under a name which belong to another drug; or If it purports to be the product of a manufacturer of whom it is not truly a products.

9. Spurious cosmetic A cosmetic shall be deemed to be spurious if If it is imported under the name which belongs to another cosmetic; or If the label or the container beares the name of an individual or company purpoting to be manufacturer of the cosmetic, which individual or company is fictitious or does not exist; If it purports to be the product of a manufacturer of whom it is not truly a product. examples; when methamphetamine is sold as cocaine.

10. Conclusion: Misbranded Drug & Spurious drugs are very effective and harmfull .It drugs or cosmetics are controll by active people or drugs inspector.
