Governance / Corporate Governance Definition of corporate governance “ According to High Level Finance Committee Report (1999), corporate governance is defined as the process and structure used to direct and manage the business and affairs of the company towards promoting business prosperity and corporate accountability with the ultimate objective of realising long-term shareholder value while taking into account the interest of other stakeholder. ”

Forgery of acting instruction letter Grade 52 (KUP) - adjustment of salary and allowance RM5,000 Forgery of promotion decision letter from Grade 48 to Grade 52 - adjustment of salary and allowance RM5,700. Forgery of Grade 54 acting decision letter. 29 January 2015 - The Court of Appeal sentenced her to 2 years imprisonment and a fine of RM10,000. Forge own promotion documents

29. KUALA LUMPUR, 22 September 2016 - A factory manager was charged for forging a Bachelor's degree from a private college in Kuala Lumpur. Aiming to apply for a job as Deputy CEO at a college. Pleaded guilty and was fined RM20,000. Forging a degree to get a job: Former factory manager fined

30. KULAIJAYA, 1 November 2011 - A former amil/imam was sentenced to 4 years in prison and 3 lashes for breach of trust. The accused pleaded guilty to committing breach of trust with respect to money from zakat fitrah collection and orphan donation collection amounting to RM19,510. The accused has used the money for himself. Breach of trust: Former amil jailed for 4 years, 3 lashes
