3. Tilt Conveyor The operator starts adding doors to the tilt conveyor while it is in tilt position which making human loading to the machine easier. It can take different door sizes; according to width: up to 48 inches and according to length: up to 10 ft. it is working using a conveyor motor and O-Ring belt power transmission system so it can send the doors to the CNC Unit or takes them out.

5. Dust collection system It is put under the CNC Unit to receive dust and waste of doors. It has 8 caster wheels to make the process of taking it out easy.

6. CNC Unit It receives doors through a timing belt system of 16mm width at each side supported by 4 of pneumatic cylinders at bottom of the door at both sides and other 4 on top to make clamp effect. The unit is moving on 3 axis beside 4 th axis of width alignment.
