5. User Name: Your username is usually your first initial and your last name, with a number added in some cases. For example, jsmith or jsmith06. Password: Initially set as your date of birth (mmddyy) – 6 digits long. You can change your password any time by clicking on My Account (upper left corner), once logged into My.LSSU. I Forgot My Password: Click on Reset My Password and follow the prompts. Password Resets (other than online) & User Name Notification: Password resets and User Name notification cannot be completed by phone. Students need to show picture ID at the Student Service Counter (located in the Fletcher Center for Student Services), or you may complete the request form found at http://www.lssu.edu/mylssu/ For additional information or help: Contact the IT Help Desk at 906-635-6677.
