●Earn a college degree
●Must be at least 21 years of age
●Preferred: college education (minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent)
●No felony offenses or serious misdemeanor convictions
●Willingness to live and work anywhere in North Carolina
●Excellent vision required: each eye must be 20/20 after correction; uncorrected vision cannot
be less than 20/100 in each eye
●Must be physically fit
●Possession of a valid North Carolina driver’s license required
