ADDING NEW MEMBER CLUB SECRETARY TASKS FOR ADDING NEW MEMBERS IN My.Rotary 18 Ask the new member’s info Complete Name Email Address (be sure this is active and know your password) Postal Address Contact Number (be sure this is active and registered Sponsor Club Secretary shall encode the information, designate as active member with Rotary Member ID# generated. Check the database first if the member has a registered but inactive/terminated account. Decide to reactivate or create new member account. It is recommended to reactivate the member’s account if there are previous TRF contributions and has key roles in the past.

Find the email sent by RI, if not found in your INBOX, search it in the SPAM folder. Read the follow the instructions in the email to create an account. Create the account and remember/keep your login password. Note to Club Secretary: Encourage all new members to create their account to achieve 100% Login Recognition by the District Award Committee. Open the email and click on the link provided to reset your password.

Member to to select REGISTER in My.Rotary.Org with new email as login, fill up the form, then follow the steps until a validation is received in his/her email. Follow the guide in the email then proceed to enter new password in My.Rotary.Org

Scan the two copies and email it to your region (see the bottom list of the PHF Recognition Transfer Request Form) The PHF pins will be sent to your District Governor or Club President. The digital certificate will be sent to your email. 39
