Malaysia's housing landscape is a dynamic and
multifaceted domain, reflecting the nation's socio-
economic growth and urbanization trends. From
traditional kampung houses to modern high-rise
condominiums, the diversity in housing options caters to
a wide range of socio-economic groups. This presentation
will explore the evolution of housing in Malaysia, current
market trends, government policies, and the challenges
and opportunities facing the sector. By understanding
